These terms cover your use of GoodHand Services ("GoodHand," "we," "us") and any service you request through our website. By submitting a request, you agree to them.

Our services

GoodHand handles errands, shopping, courier, bills payment, pera padala, and other personal assistance requests within our current service area in Pampanga. Availability depends on your location and the service requested — both shown when you submit a request.

Requesting a service

Submit your request through our form. We review it and confirm a quote before any work begins — pricing can vary by location, urgency, and distance. A request isn't confirmed until we've reached out with that quote.

Payment

Payment is arranged once you accept the quote, using a method we agree on together (such as cash, GCash, or bank transfer). We don't currently accept online card payment through this website.

Cancellations

You can cancel a request any time before it's confirmed and assigned, at no cost. Once a staff member is on the way, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change something.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate contact and location details so your request can be handled correctly
• Only submit requests for lawful goods and services
• Be reachable at the contact method you choose, in case we need to confirm details

Prohibited requests

We don't accept requests involving illegal activity, illegal goods, or anything that puts our staff at risk. We may decline any request at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

GoodHand acts as your personal assistant in carrying out the request you've described. We take reasonable care in every request, but to the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental losses beyond the value of the specific request involved.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as GoodHand grows. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
