When you submit a request or join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address, if you provide one
• Pickup and destination details for the service you request
• The service, location, and any preferences or instructions you share with us

We do not collect payment card details through this website.

How we use your information

• To review, quote, and fulfill the request you submit
• To contact you about that request, by your preferred method
• To assign the staff member or partner best suited to handle it
• To improve how GoodHand operates and serves its community

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to complete your request — with the staff member, helper, or partner assigned to it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How we store it

Your information is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access limited to GoodHand staff who need it to do their job.

Your rights

Under the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@goodhand.ph and we'll respond as soon as we can.

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies set are limited to what's needed for the site to work.
